Job Description:
I need a senior developer or architect resource that is mature in software development practices to be able to pick it up quickly.
So someone with .NET, OOP, ASP.NET MVC (preferably MVC4), WCF, etc would work.
But I do need someone onsite. And there's going to be an opportunity down the road to hire that person.
