Must Have :
Minimum 8 years of programming experience in
C/C+,
Unix,
C-Shell,
Kom Shell,
vi,
PERL,
SQL.
6 years of interChange experience is desired
Possess deep understanding of Provider Domain with thorough knowledge of Enrollment, licensing, HCIdea, prescribing providers and how provider payments are handled in MMIS (KY MMIS experience is preferred)

This is a lead developer role; the individual is expected to guide/mentor other developers. Daily duties include all work required to maintain, enhance current system, and work on add-on development. This is a client facing role; The individual is expected to consult with and guide the client on policy and direction as they relate to the new Affordable Care Act (ACA) rules.
