Position: Java WebSphere Portal Developer/Lead
Location: Newark, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Description:
Strong knowledge of WebSphere Portal components, services and frameworks, WebSphere Portal configuration, WebSphere JNDI, Developing Portlets using JSR 168/286 Standard, Experience in Portal Themes/Skins And Portal Administration, Inter-portlet communication
Strong knowledge of SOAP-based Web Services. Experience in REST services will be an added advantage
Experience with Rational Application Developer, Spring configuration, SOAP-based Web Services, EJBs, JavaServer Pages Standard Tag library (JSTL), HTML, JQuery
Experience in object-oriented design and related tools (UML, Rational)
Experience with most of the following: Maven/Hudson, WebSphere MQ, TAM, SVN
Familiar with SDLC methodologies, including RUP and Agile
