Position: Business System Analyst with CRM

Location: LA, CA

Duration: Long Term

Rate :$40/hr on W2 or $45-50/hr on C2C

JD :

·        CRM (custom built or commercial off the shelf) experience strongly preferred.

·        Financial/ Real Estate industry experience strongly preferred.

·        Experience writing custom application documentation and training manuals.

·        Experience creating business requirements and functional design documentation.

·        Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong analytic skills and ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently.

·        Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL scripting/queries.

·        Some previous project leadership experience required.

·        Some prior experience with OpenText Document Management

Other

Prior documentation samples will be requested for review during the interview process, examples of such documentation should include the following;

1.       Business requirements document.

2.       Functional Specifications/requirements document.

3.       Test cases.

4.       Training materials.
