Job Description:We have a need for a IT PM with Fujitsu POS experience. This is an urgent position.

 
Role: IT Project Manager
Location: Ft Myers, FL
Duration: Long Term
 
 
 
Type of Work: Project management, including development and maintenance of project plans and other related documentation, resource planning and coordination, meeting facilitation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
 
POSITION OBJECTIVE:  To deliver IT projects on time and on budget using project management best practices.  This specific role will manage projects related to Digital Retail Theater initiatives including proof of concept development activities.
 
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage project plans and resource plans
- Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items
- Develop documentation including diagrams, notes, scope documents, business requirement documents
- Prepare and disseminate communications
- Keep team on task for timeline and budget
- Keep project within scope
- Communicate and coordinate with off shore development resources
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT project management
- Formal training in project management best practices
- Excellent communication skills both in person and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver results through collaboration
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner
 
MUST HAVE proven experience as an IT Project Manager with short term engagements.  Highly prefer the following: experience with Odesk, coordination of off shore resources; formal project management training and certification.
 
Minimum 5 years as an IT Project Manager
