Job Description:
We are currently seeking a QA Lead with retail POS testing experience for a 6 month+ contract located in Duluth, GA.
Responsibilities:
Establishes the testing requirements for the release
Prepares requirements based test procedures for the product (release) that will be tested
Assigns testing responsibilities for the release
Prepares the System Integration Test plan for the release
Oversees development of step-by-step test procedures for the release
Oversees requirements test and validation for the release
Oversees testing changes and fixes for the release
Executes complex tests
Provides status reports for all the projects assigned
Identify risks and communicate to management in a timely manner
Guides Quality Engineers in providing appropriate test status reports for the releases
Requirements:
5 years in Quality Engineering with 2 years of experience as a lead in Retail POS
Excellent verbal and written skills
JIRA for defect tracking
Quality Center for defect tracking and test script creation
Experience with Linux operating is a plus.
Experience creating and running SQL queries
Education: Bachelor's Degree
