Help Desk Services

Duration: 1+ year

Location: Polk County, Iowa

In Person Only


This position will provide Help Desk Services for the Iowa Health Information Network (IHIN)

The candidate will provide help desk services for the Iowa Health Information Network (IHIN).  They will setup users, reset passwords, inactivate/update users.  They will also conduct portal training for new users and update technical documentation for the end user.  Enter customer Opt-outs into the IHIN, they will run activity reports as needed.  In addition they will conduct user acceptance testing for the IHIN Portal.
