Work Summary-
The candidates filling the Senior Developer Lead position will work with a small team of 3-4 developers to design and develop software components used in a test authoring and delivery systems.
The candidates filling the Senior Developer Lead position will work with a small team of 3-4 developers to design and develop software components used in a test authoring and delivery systems.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
Investigate various approaches to use different technologies quickly with minimum supervision
Participate in design and document Software Components used in a larger system
Implementation Software Component and all required unit testing.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience: The ideal candidate should have 5 years of work experience in Java programming language, must be a self-starter. Experience in Flash with ActionScript or HTML 5 is strong plus.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Able to solve problems quickly independently
6+ years in Java
1+ years in Oracle
1+ year in XML processing
1+ year in some Java Framework (JBOSS/Spring/Hibernate)
(STRONG PLUS) Flash/ActionScript
(STRONG PLUS) HTML 5 animation
(STRONG PLUS) JavaScript
