A member has joined the group, and under the requests it shows he has
joined, but he does not show up on the members list. How do I fix

I don't know if any of us have the solution yet, and no response from

Thanks for posting your question here on the forum. We have removed
the "Add members directly" option for all Adult groups, so I'm
assuming that's why you aren't seeing the option in more...

I am a group manager but not the owner. A member of the group had a
spyware problem and now can't get back into the group, and the group
is now private so she can't find where she has to go to get more...
