Description:
This candidate must be an accomplished network professional familiar with the management and deployment of enterprise-level network infrastructure. This engagement will largely involve installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure. Our environments are composed of Cisco routers/switches, Juniper/Checkpoint firewalls, and Aruba wireless equipment.
This candidate must be an accomplished network professional familiar with the management and deployment of enterprise-level network infrastructure. This engagement will largely involve installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure. Our environments are composed of Cisco routers/switches, Juniper/Checkpoint firewalls, and Aruba wireless equipment.
Requirements of Engagement:
Provide support for a large 8,000 node enterprise network.
Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
Perform network analysis and performance management to look for areas that may be optimized.
Assist with the Metro Ethernet project, installing and configuring equipment.
Assist with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) migration, including building VLANs, configuring QOS, and installing hardware.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, and Aruba equipment.
Complete understanding of network technologies and engineering.
Knowledgeable in WAN technologies such as ATM, Frame-Relay, T1, and Metro Ethernet.
Proficient in the use of Cisco CAT and IOS.
Proficient in Juniper ScreenOS and JUNOS.
Proficient in Checkpoint Firewall maintenance.
Proficient using Aruba Mobility Controllers.
Certified in at least one of the following technologies: Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, and/or Aruba.
A minimum of 3 years work experience as a network professional.
Knowledge of Information Security Assurance is a plus.
