Title: SAP HR U.S. Payroll Year End Consultant

Location: Bartlesville, OK

Duration: 7 months

Description:

Our client, a leading consulting firm, has an immediate opening for an SAP HR Payroll Consultant to work on a 7 month contract position in Bartlesville, OK.

We are currently seeking a skilled professional with the following:

--Detailed knowledge of Payroll functionality with regard to year end creation of W2, W2-C, 1099, Federal/State filings and financial posting considerations with the retroactive capabilities of SAP using Tax Reporter, 941, Multi Work Site reporting, balancing and reconciliation processes.

--5+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations of payroll, including year end support for US Payroll.

--Ability to facilitate discussions/requirements between Finance and HR regarding year-end and year-begin processing.

--Team Member (non-supervisory/lead) and must be a self starter (needs minimal supervision) and the ability to meet deadlines.

--Must share knowledge with client and be willing to have client make the changes.

Preferred

--Experience with outsourcing W2 processing to a 3rd party vendor; preferably TALX.

--Experience in a payroll production support environment, preferably experience coming in after a project was already implemented and completing a successful year end.

--Good writing, presentation skills and experience with creating documentation and ability to provide knowledge transfer.

--Personable - ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal resources.
