Skills/Experience Needed:

At least 7 years of experience performing complex business and systems analysis  work.

Must have 5 years experience conducting joint information gathering and application design sessions with customers and Information Technology staff to define and document business requirements, business process models and data models.

Should have 5 years experience analyzing and documenting complex data and reporting requirements and system interfaces.

Should have 5 years experience with development of comprehensive system test, performance test, and implementation plans.

Preferences:

3 years experience needed with DB2, Java and Database query languages (SQL).

3 years experience needed with designing and Developing Web based applications.

Good to have experience in Use Case development, and database query languages (SQL)

Minimum Requirements:

 Experience Needed and  Skills/Experience:

Min.of 7 yrs EXP REQD in the below skills each

     Demonstrated proficiency in data model design, data dictionary, data flow and data process design for relational databases and data warehouses.

     In-depth experience with relational database and data warehouse development.

     Expert in writing SQL, stored procedure, functions, packages and ETL job for large scale database projects.

     Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills in data related projects.

     Hands-on experience with SQL performance tuning.

     Must be able to demonstrate he/she possess solid oral and written communication skills.

     Ability to show initiative, good analytical skills.

     Experience with education related applications and education data analysis.

     Experience in working with XML.

      Degree or Equivalent

     Must have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or an Information System related field from an accredited institution.
