Position Description

Specific expertise in solving complex Web-based application solutions. Analyzes, designs, develops and supports all major Web information systems designs from an enterprise perspective. Requires significant expertise in applicable and various development technologies.

 

 

Job Requirements

• Mid to Expert Level Java (no beginners), DB2, MQ
• Complete work as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.  Overtime expected.

 

Developer, Chicago- $52/hr

 

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 5 years of solid software programming experience in developing web applications in a J2EE environment using IBM Rational Application Developer IDE. More specifically, VXML, service-oriented architecture, object-oriented design, XSLT, Java and J2EE experience are all a plus.
• Excellent knowledge using the Spring framework for web applications and CVS
• Good knowledge on Struts, MVC, HTML , JSP, Open source Java frameworks and technologies, such as Apache Common utility, Ant build file, Junit testing
• Should have good experience in Database SQL query,  JDBC programming, Basic Design Patterns and software development methodology.

 

PREFERRED: 

• Knowledge in IVR applications using VoiceXML (VXML).
• Javascript, xml experience all desirable.
• Experience working with Web Services using XML.
• Healthcare industry experience.

 

Portal Developer, Chicago- $52/hr

 

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Websphere portal (6.1 and above) install and environment maintenance
• Websphere portal performance tuning
• Websphere portal cluster setup
• Websphere portal code deployment and skin and theme setup
• Websphere portal database integration with application server
• Websphere portal configuration and xml script creation and maintenance.

 

SQL DBA, Dallas- $52/hr

 

Position Description

Physical database tables and design, works with system administrator and uses data dictionary software packages to ensure data integrity and security, recovers corrupted data and eliminates data redundancy. Uses tuning tools to improve database performance. Works with the application development teams, focusing on the back-end portion of data storage considerations and performance considerations for application systems being developed.

Oracle DBA, Dallas- $52/hr

Skills Required

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 7-8 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Cognos 8.x, Dashboard Reporting, Standard Reporting, Report Optimization, Cognos SDK JAVA development, Strong Transact SQL (MS SQL Server).

• Proficient in working with Cognos Transformer Cubes and SQL server cube.

 

Preferred Skills

• BIRT 2.3.2 Report development in a Java application environment.
• Proven experience in playing a lead role on Dashboards/Reporting & BI projects.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical ability and debugging skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
• Working knowledge of Cognos Framework Manager.  IBM RAD Version 6, & IBM WAS Version 6 would be nice to have
