REQUIRED SKILLS:
Three years experience as a technical writer-trainer producing materials for and delivering system-related training
Familiarity with adult learning principles
Experience developing / delivering a Train-the-Trainer program on at least one project
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Project; proficiency using Adobe Acrobat Professional
