Ability to create Static and Dynamic forms using Designer  
Ability to create Fragments and enhance PDF Form Performance  
Ability to apply object oriented methodology to ensure maximum reusability
Ability to troubleshoot issues arising out of Static and Dynamic forms  
Ability to proactively perform R & D and propose Process improvements  
Ability to coach and mentory Employees (Clients) on Live Cycle  
Ability to co ordinate and jointly work with Adobe Vendor
JavaScripting knowledge & RDBMS is a must  
Workbench experience is an added advantage
