Position 1)

Job Title: Siebel configuration lead
Work Location: Round Lake (Greater Chicago Area, IL)
Duration: 6 months, can be extended
Relevant Experience (Yrs): 6 and above
Experience Required: 7-8 + Years
Roles & Responsibilities : Onsite lead for Siebel configuration

Technical/Functional Skills
Provide supervision, review and delivery of Siebel configuration based
on technical design for the Client's offshore team.
This person will also perform system design and configuration as
necessary.
Overall responsibility of Siebel data integration and data conversion
solution, activities, and plan Will be required to work closely with
client Technical Lead/Architect.
Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis between requirements and Siebel application
capabilities.
Conduct Fit/Gap analysis for business requirements that require data
conversion and/or integration.
Support functional design, and JAD sessions.
Function as a resident Siebel Configuration expert who provides
leading best practices and lessons learned from previous
implementations and provide guidance to the offshore technical team.
Collaborate with Client and Supplier's BAs to develop the functional
design.
Manage data and integration testing, defects, code release, and issues
with Siebel solution components.
Manage data conversion and integration execution plan and relationship
with identified legacy systems.
Support UAT and training planning.
Follow client Siebel development protocols, standards and leading
practices.
Document technical requirements and specifications.
Configure Siebel application using Siebel tools according to technical
design, conduct unit testing and correct identified system defects.


Generic Managerial Skills: Good inter personal skills in managing
client and offshore.
Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or a
related field with systems experience preferred.


Position 2)

Location: Minneapolis
Duration: 6 Months
Job Title: Citrix Admin


Description
Build and support/administrator thin clients (Windows Embedded
operating systems).
Administrator and Manage Citrix Farm (200+ Citrix - Windows server
2003 and 950+ client machines - thin clients).
Define standards to make sure thin clients are secure to meet
Ameriprise standards.
Identify root cause for critical issues and test\implement them using
industry standards (ITIL standards).
Work with the business to understand the impact/criticality for any
issue and priorities the requests.
Co-ordinate\Work with the vendors to duplicate the major issues in the
lab.
Create new image for thin clients to make sure it's up to-date.
Work with various business groups to new hardware gather requirements.
Inventory management and versioning\release management.
Analyze patches and its impact on Windows Embedded operating system.
Communicate to business on the changes after approvals.
Test and implement the patches using change management process.
Provide matrix of all technical issues related to projects.
Plan improvements and suggest new methods in the process.
Identify and automate processes that could lead to human errors using
scripts.

Skill Sets: Windows embedded and XP administration, Citrix
administration, Vb scripting and batch, excellent communication
skills, analytical ability, multitasking


Position 3)

Work Location: New York
Duration: 6 Months
Job Title: PeopleSoft HRMS Functional Consultant
Relevant Experience (Yrs): 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS

Technical/Functional Skills: PeopleSoft HRMS

Experience Required
Strong knowledge on People soft HRMS
Worked as a Functional Consultant for atleast 2 projects
Knowledge of PeopleSoft EPM

Roles & Responsibilities
Primary duty is to analyze the current application and suggest the
better approach for integrating with external applications.
Work with Business users to get the requirements.
Troubleshoot and provide accurate and timely resolution to customer
issues.
Document and communicate the requirements to the technical team.
Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as
required.
