Primary Skills
- WCF web service experience
- In-depth knowledge of C# .NET 2.0 / 3.5
- Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle).
- Ability to work independently without high degree of supervision.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to make decisions using critical reasoning.
- Ability to perform object oriented analysis and design.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Experience with Utilities or Telecom business domains is a plus!
