Required Skills:
3+ years experience working with BizTalk 2006/ 2006 R2.
2+ years experience design or using Web Services.
5+ years experience in .NET software development with Microsoft technologies including (VB.Net or C#)
5+ years combined experience with SQL Server 2000, 2005 and/or 2008
Extensive knowledge of using XML, XPath queries, and developing and XML schemas.
Experience writing technical design documents.    
Knowledge of object oriented design patterns and best practices.
Experience with Visual SourceSafe or TFS.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer Science Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
