·         02 years of Technical Recruiting experience in US Staffing Market.
·         Must be dynamic, communicative and must be able to lead a team if
required.
·         Must have prior experience working with direct clients.
·         Must have expertise and experience understanding different IT
technologies.
·         Must be well versed with work categories (H1B, W2, 1099 etc.)
·         Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
·         Demonstrated ability to multitask and address the needs of
clients.
·         Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales
environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion
to accomplish goals and work
