Need Pega Developer for PA

We have a very urgent requirement as Pega Developer with one of our client in PA, Please have a look at the requirement and let me know if you have any consultant ASAP.

Developer Requirements
•      Developer Skills (Essential)
–     Communication: Ability to describe complex technical issues in terms a non technical person can understand.
–     Leadership: Ability to see areas that are causing developers problems/roadblocks/slow downs and proactively suggest improvements. Ability to take a task and resolve problems independently without a significant amount of oversight. Ability to track development tasks.
–     Design: Experience designing software in the following areas: Pega class structures, maintainability, reuse, UI standards, object oriented, BPM, BRE. Ability to design multiple solutions to problems. Ability to present and discuss pros and cons of solutions with non technical associates.

•      Technology Experience (Essential)

–     PRPC Skills
•      Three years of experience developing using PRPC
•      PRPC training
•      PRPC Certified
–     Other technologies
•      Two years of experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML programming
•      Experience writing unit tests in java/PRPC
•      Adobe LiveCycle
•      Experience writing SQL scripts (Oracle (preferred) or SQL Server)
•      Agile Experience: (Important)

–     Practical experience with:
•      Agile project methodologies (Releases, Iterations/Sprints, Reflections, etc.)
•      Agile requirement & testing practices (Personas, User Stories, Story Tests, etc.)
•      Agile estimating (Tasking and Estimating in a collaborative group)

•      Auto finance servicing experience (Nice to have)
