Our Healthcare Client is looking to fill 2 contract to hire Software Engineering positions.  Qualified candidates must have solid C# and MS Sharepoint development experience.  These positions will be responsible for supporting the Project Management Office.  CA technology experience is a big plus!

 

Title: Software Engineer – C#/MS Sharepoint/CA Clarity

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

 

Job Description

This opportunity includes the following:

1.       Configuration of the Clarity PPM product from CA Technologies

2.       Development of scripts that enable advanced functions within Clarity

3.       Development of integrations with other applications to exchange data (e.g. financial systems, service management systems such as Service Desk)

4.       Development of  Microsoft SharePoint web parts that expose data from Clarity to enable collaboration

5.       Development of cost allocation tools based on Microsoft OLAP Cube and Reporting Services technologies

6.       Development of reports and analysis tools based on Business Objects Data Universe technologies

7.       Integration of Clarity PPM with the Microsoft EPM application

8.       Maintenance of existing custom project management applications written in Microsoft .NET

9.       Overall technical leadership for applications in the project management domain. 

 

These applications target internal users supported by the Program Management Office within Corporate Information Services. They address 1) project idea submission, evaluation and prioritization, 2) project management, 3) project team collaboration, 4) requirements definition and management, 5) project team resource planning, and 6) project and product financial management tools including allocation of charges to internal customers based on usage.

 

This is a great opportunity to contribute to a major transformation in the overall management of the Information Systems function within Intermountain Healthcare.  Success in the position will directly support our organizational goals to help improve the quality of delivered healthcare while reducing costs borne by patients.

 

Minimum Qualifications

·         BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or OR 4 years of Information Technology work experience.  Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment.

·         Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures with Microsoft SQL Server

·         Ability to maintain positive and healthy relationships with all project team members and customers

·         Solid interpersonal, communication, and written skills

·         Technical project lead experience, including analyzing, documenting and designing software system architectures

·         A strong commitment to learn new technologies and application domains

 

Other Desirable Qualifications

·         MS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

·         Experience and training in configuration and administration of the Clarity PPM application from CA Technologies.

·         Experience and training in configuration and administration of the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management application.

·         Relevant domain experience

o   Information Systems project management

o   Information Systems services management (e.g. ITIL)

·         Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in:

o   SQL Server: Database Development

o   SQL Server: Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance

·         Microsoft Certified IT Professional

o   SQL Server Database Developer

o   SQL Server Business Intelligence Developer

·         Experience working with T-SQL and PL/SQL

·         Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle to import/export data

·         Experience with MS SQL Server Analysis Services

·         Experience with Business Objects

·         Experience in SharePoint 2007 or SharePoint 2010 web part development

·         Experience with Microsoft .NET Development or a strong Java development background

o   Proficiency with C#, WPF, Silverlight, ASP.NET, WCF, LINQ

o   Certifications (MCPD or MCSD)

·         Web Development experience

o   HTML, XML, JavaScript, AJAX     

·         Experience in administering Java J2EE applications deployed on Tomcat
