·         Mid to senior level.  Not entry level

·         The individual for this position should have 10+ yrs. of experience with 5+ years in using the MS BI suite of applications, specifically SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, MDX, SQL Server, .NET

·         Good process skills such as SDLC

·         Nice to have:     SharePoint, Silver light, TFS
