Minimum 8 years leadership experience as a BTA or related role:
· Ability to communicate with and develop relationships with technical and non-technical individuals with varying degrees of expertise and seniority
· Ability to coordinate and facilitate customer acceptance testing and to create test scenarios
· Experience in Electric Utilities Industry.
· Experience in power, energy trading.
· Experience with SDLC/CMMI software development methods, or similar methodologies
· Experience in developing and executing test plans and scripts
