Job Description:

Requirements:

·         Should be Graduate from a reputed University with at least 2 years of experience in marketing bench consultants in US Staffing Business.

·         Excellent English communication; both written and verbal is required.

·         Position requires good communication and interpersonal skills and computer savvy.

·         Effective management of short and long term sales.

·         Organizing documentation work involving contract agreements with candidates / vendors / clients.

·         Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes.

·         Full understanding of US recruitment life cycle for contracting job positions.

·         Previous Direct Client Sales experience

 

Senior BDM

 

Experience: 3 Years - 5 Years * .

Education:  Any Graduate - Any Specialization

 

Requirements: 

·         Good Understanding of US IT Staffing.

·         Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation and presentation skills.

·         Must have a good and relevant database of US Clients

·         Must Have excellent track record.

·         Must have an international sales exposure or contacts in USA.

·         Generating and developing accounts.

·         Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility

·         Identifying client business needs, make proposals for customized solutions.

·         Strong competence in lead generation, Prospecting Clients and Client Relationship Management.

·         Understand the Client Hiring Requirements

·         Qualify candidates by screening the resumes

·         Capability of Working on multiple requirements

·         Maintaining Relationship with clients as well as candidates.

·         Interaction with global managers

·         Candidate should be willing to work in night shift along with their counter parts in the US.
