Position- I

 

Role: Peoplesoft HCM Techno-Functional

 

PeopleSoft HCM technical/functional resource who has designed, developed, and tested PeopleSoft Core HR and Integration with other applications

 

 

The following skills are a must:

·         Ability to Work with functional business users to clarify and validate functional requirements.

·         Ability to identify, leverage and implement delivered Core HR processes/functionality.

·         Expertise in all aspects of employee data.

·         Expertise in implementing core configuration for HR.

·         Expertise designing, developing, and testing Online PeopleCode.

·         Expertise designing, developing, and testing Application Engines.

·         Expertise designing, developing, and testing App Packages.

·         Expertise designing, developing, and testing SQR.

·         Expertise designing, developing, and testing Component Interfaces.

·         Expertise designing, developing, and testing Integration/Messaging.

·         Business process design/optimization.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Analytical thinker and problem solver.

·         Follows industry standards for design, development, unit testing, and system testing.

·         Self-starter who is goal driven.

·         Expertise creating and executing system test cases.

·         Successfully completed a full life-cycle implementation.

·         International Experience, a plus.

 

Position- II

 

Role: PeopleSoft Time & Labor HCM Techno-Functional

 

PeopleSoft HCM technical/functional resource who has designed, developed, and tested PeopleSoft Time & Labor

 

The following skills are a must:

 

·         Ability to Work with functional business users to clarify and validate functional requirements.

·         Ability to identify, leverage and implement delivered T&L processes/functionality.

·         Customized scheduling solutions leveraging delivered PeopleSoft functionality.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Analytical thinker and problem solver.

·         Follows industry standards for design, development, unit testing, and system testing T&L.

·         Self-starter who is goal driven.

·         Expertise designing and developing T&L rules.

·         Expertise in implementing core configuration for T&L.

·         Expertise creating and modifying Online PeopleCode.

·         Expertise creating and modifying Application Engines.

·         Business process design/optimization.

·         Expertise designing and developing a customized (scheduling) module.

·         Expertise creating and executing system test cases.

·         Successfully completed a full life-cycle implementation.

·         Experience with punch time, a plus.

·         International Experience, a plus.

 

 

Position- III

 

Role: Peoplesoft Absence Management ESS

 

 

Peoplesoft Absence Management ESS resource, who has end-to-end implementation experience, specifically with the following:

 

·         Working with functional users to understand and validate functional requirements.

·         Configuring Absence Management for use in ESS

·         Experience with Component Interface

·         Experience with Online PeopleCode

·         Experience with Approval Workflow Engine

·         Experience with Position Management

·         System Testing Absence Management

·         Ability to identify, leverage and implement delivered Absence Management processes/functionality.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Analytical thinker and problem solver.

·         Follows industry standards for design, development, unit testing, and system testing.

·         Self-starter who is goal driven.

·         International Experience, a plus.
