Oracle SQL developer with tuning experience - chicago F2F intervew

 There will be a face to face after phone interview

 

 

 * I am looking for somebody w/ more nuts & bolts Oracle SQL knowledge  .

* This candidate was not able to answer our questions on the phone screen. We need candidates who are skilled and knowledgeable wrt Oracle SQL.

* Show some sql/plsql + tuning knowledge, but knowledge not systematic. Major disappointment - not understanding the concept of PK vs UK

* Although he interviewed well on the phone he really struggled answering questions f2f.

*f2f interview was not as strong as we'd expected -- his answers were not as complete as we would have hoped

* oracle knowledge does not justify rate (skills average-to-low relative to what we're lookin' for)

* Lacked the level of Oracle SQL and tuning knowledge we desire for this position.
