We have the following requirement .Please help me out with the suitable candidate.

Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: 6 Months

Technical knowledge:

·         ABAP skills

·         Webdynpro

·         Knowledge of Function Modules and Classes.

·         Debugging techniques for ABAP code.

·         Hands on experience for handling Autosys scheduler.

·         Should be able to work on both support as well as enhancement projects.

·         Root cause analysis.

·         Should be able to interact with Business users.

Functional Knowledge:

·         Knowledge about the below modules: OM, PA, ESS, MSS, Benefits, Payroll & Time.

·         Knowledge about HCM related Info types.

·         Over all mapping between PeopleSoft and SAP. (This would be required for historical data conversions.)

Job responsibilities:

·         Support existing PeopleSoft system.

·         Support the SAP HCM system.

·         Handle production support tickets for SAP HCM as well PeopleSoft (if any).

·         Support the PTS (Question Mark)/eLearning system.

·         Support Hire Smart system.

·         Work on requirement gathering for SAP RFCs

·         Develop technical and functional specs for the RFCs

·         Develop Custom ABAP programs. Unit test these programs and support the UAT and Integration testing.

·         Support the deployment in each release.

·         Answer business queries as and when needed.
