Job Title : IT Application Support II
Location : St.Paul,MN
Duration : 06 Months ( Contract)
Pay Range : Negotiable
Complete Project Description:
Provide support and daily issue resolution.
Respond to help desk tickets within established service levels.
Work to research and document help desk tickets which become
maintenance and enhancement requests.
Provide a timely response to telephone and email requests from users.
Follow up with development group and product manager to identify and
resolve problems with the applications.
Maintain and update end-user documentation for the application.
Work with the Technology Training Group as needed to train end-users
for offices world wide, including the creation and update of training
materials.
Provide timely communication to users and product manager regarding
all aspects of the products.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining user permissions.
Prepare monthly reports / indicators regarding user requests and
performance statistics.
Flexible Work Schedule will be required (day/evening rotation or
fixed).
Some home-based work via broadband internet may be possible.
24/7 Hotline Cell phone sharing will be required for nights and
weekends.
This coverage will be rotated among Tech Support staff
