Note: Looking for Datastage developer with Quality stage experience

 

Role: Data Stage Developer with Quality Stage Experience

Location: Mooresville, NC

Duration: 6+ Months

 

JD:

• Technical - Datastage PX (preferably 8.x),Unix, Database and SQL writing and fine-tuning skills - DB2  [a Plus but not necessary are Mainframe and Teradata experiences ].  This person needs to have experience with Quality Stage as well. 
• Should have hands-on experience with DataStage development, understanding business requirements and designing solutions on DataStage. 
• Knowledge of database stages along with the basic file handling, processing and debug stages. Understanding of good development and testing practices. Ability to mentor or train peers on datastage on-the-job.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Start Date -- as soon as possible;
• 3+ years in DataStage at least 1 year in QualityStage

 

Position: ETL/ Datastage Lead Consultant

Location: Detroit MI

Duration: Long Term

 

Job Description: 

a.     Good experience with Datastage 7.5.2 and 8.1, Oracle Database, SQL,

         PL/SQL, ETL

b.     Should be very comfortable with Unix Operating system

c.     Experience in offshore coordination

d.     Good communication (Written and Verbal)

e.     Client is for a large bank so banking domain knowledge is a plus

f.      Should be capable of handling a Team.
