Requirement for Jr.Dot net developer in Tarrytown NY @ $35/hr for 12 months

Below position is still open and client is ready to hire some one asap. Let me know if you have any one fit for this ?

Role: Jr. Developer 
Location: Tarrytown NY ( nearby would be highly preferable ) 
Rate; $35/hr on C2C 
Duration: 12 Months 

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant C#.Net Framework Development experience, windows based, with experience running SQL Queries and creating winforms supported with Visual Studio.
On a day to day basis the ideal candidate will work with the analysts to gather specs, testers to detect bugs in the code, and write code to build the application. The environment C#.Net , Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Visual Studio 2005, Winforms, and XML
Migration exp would be huge plus.
