Technical/Functional Skills

:

• Windows Administration /VMware 4.0/5.0
• Exchange Server 2007
• NetBackup and Backup Exec, Storage
• Windows 2003/2008 Server Administration, installation and configuration works of the users.
• Installation of Domain Controller and assigning roles as per requirement.
• Group policy management, group accounts management.
• Implementing, maintenance and enhancement of the Citrix XenApp server farm on windows 2003
• Publishing various applications across the farm and tweaking them as per requirement.
• Troubleshooting Exchange and user email related issues
• VMware 4.0 Administration
• Knowledge on storage and EMC Avamar.

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Performing activities with team that are related to task breakdown, task estimation, task assignment, onsite communication etc.

·         Proactively communicate with IT teams and customer representative to support the IT environment

·         Coordinate knowledge transfer with IT team and onshore counterparts

·         Prepare weekly/monthly status for higher levels in the management

·         Coordinate all work with the offshore team; get questions for offshore answered in a timely manner to ensure projects/task stay on track

·         Ensure all process/standards are followed by the offshore team.
