Position: MS SQL BI Architect

Work Location : WA , Redmond

Type: Long term contract

Rate: DOE

 

Responsibilities:

·       Manage monthly reporting operations and delivery

·       Design and develop ETL and relational staging Databases.

·       Design and develop multi-dimensional Schemas.

·       Design and develop reporting systems for internal and external partners.

·       Troubleshoot issues with released reporting

 

Competencies:

·       Candidate should have software development experience

·       A strong background in Database design and development is required

·       Experience in SQL 2008 including T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS

·       Intermediate Excel skills

·       Knowledge of agile development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, RUP)

·       Previous experience in a BI application/reporting support role a plus

·       A BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field is highly desirable
