Experience Server Monitoring tools , Ticketing tools (HPSC, Remedy), ITIL awareness,Storage administration (SAN), VMware knowledge, Shell / Perl Scripting

Description:

- AIX Server Administration (L3 level)
- Server building and piloting experience
- Patching (Server updates, Security, Server Hardware related )
- Root cause analysis and debugging and Problem skills
- Back-up and restore Administration experience & procedure
- Migration /Virtualization of Servers from AIX
- Storage migration
- Remote Server management
- Performance tuning
- Server monitoring
- Good understanding of Server and Storage hardware
- Knowledge on Networking (DNS, NIS, LDAP)
- Knowledge on Clustering
- IBM Certified Specialist – eServer p5 and pSeries Administration and Support for AIX 6.1
