We need some ETL developers for GHC here in Seattle,WA . Long term contracts  3 contracts and 1 perm . Thanks and please advise

 

ETL Need

 More 5 than Years of experience in requirements gathering, technical design and ETL development using Informatica in an MS SQL  environment.

·         Expertise with  Informatica Power Center  8.1 and higher (Currently Using  9.1 ).

·         At least two years of experience creating complex custom mappings to satisfy new reporting requirements.

·       Experience tuning mappings, sessions and workflows.

·       Experience with Informatica's best practices for object and folder maintenance and migration.

·       Experience managing and working within multiple instances of Informatica (i.e. Development, Test and Production).

·       Several years experience with the creation or enhancement of large scale data warehouses (preferably using MS SQL).

·       Must understand the implications of and strategies for working with large volumes of data.

·       Must be able to build complex SQL statements to test assumptions, identify anomalies and validate mapping output within the source and target tables.

·       Must be able to make suggestions around database objects / database configuration to improve ETL and/or reporting performance.

·       Experience in navigating within a UNIX environment (Shell scripting experience a plus).

·       Familiarity with basic database design concepts and best practices (OLAP, OLTP, TNF, Star, Snow Flake, etc.)

·     Experience with Teradata is preferred but not required.

·         Performance tuning.

·         Perform Unit testing, Integrated testing, Deployment across environments.

·         Commitment to meeting project deliverables on time and ensuring smooth implementation.
