R12 HCM and Payroll exp. is a must. 

Musts include:

1.  Patch analysis for year end updates from Oracle - October 2011 roll up patch, plus 1-2 December regulatory patches expected - business impact analysis, modules affected, recommended testing pla

2.  Issues related to 2012 payroll setup - pay calendar and cycles are setup and tested.  Issues related to 401k limit changes, open enrollment benefits changes, garnishment balances etc. for new year

3.  PTO - Leave Accruals - and transition from 2011 to 2012 balances and accrual programs

4.  Ongoing retro pay process errors when retro is calculated across calendar year

5.  Retro benefit changes and associated transactions

6.  Change of FSA vendor and interface feeds

7.  Inserting new salary changes for employees moving to new payroll companies
