Roles & Responsibilities

Project Coordinator Skills:

·        Performing activities with team that are related to task breakdown, task estimation, task assignment, onsite communication etc.

·        Proactively communicate with IT teams and customer representative to support the IT environment

·        Coordinate knowledge transfer with IT team and onshore counterparts

·        Ensures all the stakeholders receives daily/weekly/monthly updates

·        Prepare weekly/monthly status for higher levels in the management

·        Coordinate all work with the offshore team; get questions for offshore answered in a timely manner to ensure projects/task stay on track

·        Ensure all process/standards are followed by the offshore team.

Technical Skills:

·        Windows 2003/2008 Server Administration, installation and configuration works of the users.

·        Installation of Domain Controller and assigning roles as per requirement.

·        User policy management

·        Group policy management, group accounts management.

·        Implementing, maintenance and enhancement of the Citrix XenApp server farm on windows 2003

·        Extensive knowledge on Citrix Secure gateway

·        Designing Citrix Farm for user application access across various site.

·        Publishing various applications across the farm and tweaking them as per requirement.

·        User problem related to Citrix on a daily basis.

·        Administration of Exchange Server 2007.

·        Troubleshooting Exchange and user email related issues

·        VMware 4.0 Administration

·        Knowledge on ESX server administration

·        Creation and Building VMs from templates.

·        Troubleshooting VMware related problems

·        Backup and restoration using Netbackup and Backup Exec

·        Knowledge on storage and  EMC Avamar.

Generic Managerial Skills

: This is a single person role and has to work independently. Generic Managerial skills required.
