ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  
Uses software design practices including object-oriented design, portability, extensibility, and testability to develop efficient and extensible solutions
Apply communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and implement systems
Participates in development projects that include the full lifecycle of software development: validating end-user requirements, software design, development, testing, and support
Turn ideas and concepts into carefully designed and well-authored code
Works with end users and management to understand the business requirements
Works directly with internal clients and third party groups to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
Optimizes customer satisfaction by developing, implementing, and maintaining Windows and Web-based applications
 
QUALIFICATIONS:                                                                                                                      
5 + years C#, Windows Forms, ASP.NET, ADO, ODBC, XML, DHTML/HTML, and Web Services
At least 3+ years of experience with program integration with back-end production databases in MS SQL Server
Solid working knowledge of SQL Server, Windows, and team development practices
Working knowledge of database normalization concepts
Proficiency developing the major SQL Server database objects
Creating Stored Procedures, SQL scripts, and DTS Packages
Report generation (Crystal reports or SSRS) experience
Planning: Ability to think ahead, analyze and plan in a pro-active manner.
Preparing programming and system documentation for other programmers and users in compliance with external and internal standards.
Strong problem solving skills
