Responsibilities:

 

• In order to address the complex systems integration efforts involving multiple systems, the Data Analyst must possess the ability to analyze large volumes of data for business rules definition and validation, as well as have a good understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling.

 

• The primary responsibilities include analyzing data in various Oracle source systems, determining integration requirements by looking at existing Informatica mappings, and documenting and validating data mapping and transformation logic.
• Additional duties may include performing complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc customer requests and analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations on data.

 

Qualifications:

 

• 9+ years' experience as a Data Analyst with involvement in data warehousing and/or integration projects.
• Significant experience with analyzing large volumes of data using a structured methodology
• Proven experience completing deliverables such as data flow diagrams and data value maps with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and management.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills required.
• Experience working with a range of DBMS and data warehousing tools in different operating environments (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Expert level, hands-on SQL skills with a good understanding of Informatica ETL technologies.
• Understanding of master data management and enterprise data warehousing concepts.
• Facilitation and support of integration development through creation of source-target mappings, knowledge transition of any business rules or required transformation logic, and validation of completed code.
• Experience integrating disparate systems into conformed dimensions.
