Job Title : SAP Consultant : BI

Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5+ Years of overall in SAP BW/BI with implementation and support

Technical/Functional Skills : · SAP BI Consultant
· Ability to map the user requirements
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Lead the onsite and offshore team

Experience Required Required
· SAP BW 3.5 and SAP BI 7.0
· SAP BPS, Reporting tools BeX
· Basic knowledge of SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO modules (supply chain environment)
· Experienced in BW Requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements, solutions and functional specifications, including the creation of process and data flows.
· Experience in Info cubes, Data sources, ODC, assignment of transfer rules, update rules, LO cockpit, exposure in creating WEB reports, creating roles and authorization for BeX reports.
· Experience in writing User exits, Business content objects
· Building queries using calculated and restricted key figures, variables, formule, Selection
· Strong analytical skills, combined with strong synthesis skills. A scientific/technical background combined with sound knowledge of business processes is a must.
· Creation of technical designs and guidance of offshore developers
· Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Desired
· SAP ABAP
· MM, SD and FI for Supply Chain
· Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle
· SAP Authorizations
· Experience with programming for application development

Roles & Responsibilities :

· . Understand and document business requirements (URS)
· . Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario's
· . Configure and act as liaison with offshore ABAP developers through the Build and test phase.
· . Lead the users through UAT (user acceptance testing)
· . Communicate with Analysts and project management through all phases of the project to provide accurate status and projections.

Generic Managerial Skills : Able to manage a small, as required.

Education : BE or B.tech
