URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR JAVA LEAD CONSULTANT

5 plus years of experience in analysis, design, and development of Java-based solutions for large scale web applications using service oriented architecture.
Demonstrable knowledge of relational databases and strong experience with complex SQL statements. Specific experience with MS SQL strongly considered and experience with DB2 a plus.
Must have demonstrable experience with Java development IDEs such as Spring STS or Eclipse and application servers such as Tomcat, SpringSource's tcServer, or WebLogic.
Must have experience with web application toolsets such as Hibernate and Spring.
Required to have strong verbal communication skills that includes the ability to facilitate business and technology meetings.
Demonstrable technical documentation skills to that captures detail design specifications and technology decisions.
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as RUP.
Retail experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio.
