I have a client who has a german partner moving to the U.S.  They need resources my Monday, and will interview next week.  This is a "process Harmonization"  They need a SD, FI, CO, and MM resources.  Each one should be a expert in their field.  It is a 5 month role plus ext.

 

They have a good customer in Europe (pharma/chemicals) who asked them to do a "process harmonization" project as a first step, which will be steered out of Europe, delivered in USA.

 

Key Framework:

-          Pharma & Chemicals

-          USA Project, process harmonization with global organization, led by Europe

-          The customer uses SAP ECC and the areas are

o   Sales & Distribution

o   Material Management

o   Finance

o   Controlling

-          Project start: Mid of February 2012

-          Project Duration: 5 months

-          Project team:

o   Project Lead by Partner

o   PMO Office Partner

o   SAP Project Lead by Partner

o   Team

§  4 – 5 Senior Process people FTE, which have deep SAP knowledge (à not just SAP knowledge people)

-          After the project process harmonization will be a global SAP roll-out into the global system
