Validation QA Analyst to join our team in Waukegan, IL.
Primary Job Function
Provides leadership and direction  in software validation activities including: reviewing software requirement documents; writing and reviewing validation documents (test plans/strategy and detailed test cases/instructions); executing and reviewing validation test cases; updating departmental procedures and SDLC templates.
Core Job Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

This position will be responsible to provide validation support for IT projects and ongoing activities supporting existing applications.  The Sr Validation Analyst is responsible for ensuring software quality assurance is achieved during IT Project while meeting project objectives and deliverables. The position is responsible for working with Project Managers on all phases of the System Development Life Cycle process. Position is responsible for managing all validation activities such as protocol writing, reviewing of validation documents, storage of controlled documents and providing resolution to problem reports.  Responsible for implementing Divisional Quality Control standard into departmental documents and ensuring all departmental training is complete.  The Sr. Validation Analyst works as a liaison between IT department and the Division's Quality Assurance departments and will be responsible for audit activities such as interacting with auditors. The Sr. Validation Analyst is responsible for completing project tasks within time and budget constraints.  Follows operations through a series of related detailed steps to achieve the anticipated goal.
Position Accountability / Scope
Normally determines technical objectives of assignments.  Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution.  Work is reviewed for soundness of business judgment and to determine if overall results and objectives have been achieved. Errors or failure to achieve expected results may result in project delays and/or the expenditure of more resources than was planned. The Sr. Validation Analyst monitors and organizes the efforts of technical and programming support staff.
Works under general management direction.  Monitors and organizes the efforts of technical and programming support staff. Guides the efforts of less experienced staff.
Qualifications: Business Analysis - Domain Knowledge - Healthcare and Life Sciences 
Minimum Years Required: 3

Minimum Years Required: 2
