Skill set                    :Must have-

1. Have deep knowledge & 3 to 4 implementation experience in Oracle Trade Management/Oracle Claims
2. Understand the business needs and the existing claims process operating in Mainframe
3. Leverage the existing business process while implementing the claims module
4. Gather requirements on overall process as well as individual implementation phases
5. Should be able to guide & train the business users in the new environment
6. Should be able to troubleshoot and address the issues with Oracle Claims
7. Have good communication & customer facing knowledge
8. Having good oracle technical skills is an added advantage
9. Should be able to available at the client site physically
