POS 2  – C++/ .NET Developer

 

Development of user interface, application workflows, business logic and backend components

·         Work with other development teams to ensure consistent design and implementation between products / projects

·         Requirements gathering and analysis, software design and implementation

·         Translate business requirements into technical use case and design specifications

·         Provide effort estimations for product modules using recognized methodologies

·         Develop test harnesses and unit tests for all code written

·         Conduct formal design and code reviews

·         Follow sound development practices and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies

·         Work with customers as necessary to understand and solve their problems

·         Work with other teams – Product Management, Quality Engineering, Client Services, Sales and Marketing – to ensure product meets market, quality, and serviceability requirements

·         Strong .NET experience on the development side.
