Experience with Report Writing

2 years of Framework manager exp (Skill set, not title) 

Excellent communication skills

Independent, self-starter 

Creative

Cognos 10.1 experience (latest version)

This person will be developing very high-level specs and will be doing a lot of writing and analyzing reports. The manager that they will be reporting to wants someone who is very creative and independent (as he will be giving them very little direction or help)  and the candidate must have  excellent communication skills.
