E- Business Analyst ( Need GC , EAD and Citizens)

Hi All 

Location: Concord, CA or Bloomington, MN  

Duration: 8 months contract
 

    A  proven ability to be hands-on to quickly learn the existing application and business domain.  
·         The ability to recommend web designs and solutions that meet business requirements.   
·         3+ years  Web styling and design experience including developing of HTML Wireframes,  CSS,  usage of some wireframe software.   
·         Knowledge of usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility best practices.
·         Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technology and business requirements.
·         Some experience with project management and  technical team leadership.    
·         Demonstrated strong communication and technical design documentation skills required.  US Citizen,  EAD or Green Card
 
Desired but not required:
·         Payroll background highly desired.    
·         Knowledge of iRise Prototyping,  client software development, and SQL a plus.
