Job Title:  Java Developer
Location:   Dallas Taxes
Duration:   6+ Months

Job Description:
Design, develop and maintain the Company's Data as a Service platform.
Deliver highly scalable and high-performance, reliable multi-tenant business application using backend Java and services based technologies.
Collaborate with other engineers on code reviews, internal infrastructure, and process enhancements.
Integrate the platform with client systems and third party ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
Design and scope custom client solutions.
Hands-on development of client deliverables.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering
3-5 years of software application development.
3+ years of solid Java development (Java 6 or later), with hands-on experience in designing and implementing multi-threaded server-side applications.
Working experience creating high performance and scalable solutions, including traditional and NoSQL databases and object relational mapping.
Excellent understanding of developing and implementing Web Services, especially Metro Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Experience in data warehouse, BI, custom ETL, reporting and analytical applications design and development desired.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, RUP or similar development processes.
Languages: SQL, Java SE/EE, JDBC.
Applications: Apache, JBoss (Version 6 or later), Eclipse, Maven.
Databases: Oracle 10g, SQL Server 2008.
Operating Systems: Red Hat Linux, UNIX, Windows
