7 years SOA, JMS, Web Services, WSDL, XSD,
Unit Testing TestNG/JUnit
Spring 2.x - (Inversion of Control)
Hibernate 3.x (Object Mapping)
JEE (Java, J2ee)
Performance Engineering/Testing JMeter, jprofiler, or other performance tools
Plusses
Source Control Subversion, Maven
Continuous Integration Hudson
Code Quality Metrics Sonar, PMD, Cyclomatic Complexity, Find Bugs, etc
Caching Terracotta/EHCache
Experience with highly transactional systems

In need of SOA Lead to design and implement complex Enterprise services. Candidate should have 10 years working with J2EE technologies building robust distributed applications. They should have a proven record implementing highly performant systems with extensive experience recommending/implementing/troubleshooting SOA/J2EE performance solutions. Strong knowledge of SOA and Web Services a must! This is a very technical role which involves hands-on development and requires a candidate that can hit the ground running. They will spend 50% of their time coding and 50% designing performance solutions for complex system integrations.
