Responsibilities:
Manage business intelligence (BI) initiatives for NBCUniversals television network, cable and digital ad sales and operations; Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic goals and objectives, prioritize demand and formulate plans to deliver on those commitments Establish a close partnership with key stakeholders and other IT application teams to provide BI strategy expertise ensuring overall data quality within NBCUniversal Manage entire BI project life-cycle from requirements gathering, data analysis and modeling to testing and deployment Lead a dedicated development team of onsite and offshore resources; prioritize tasks through shared support team Design and develop MicroStrategy dashboards, ad-hoc and standard reporting related to functional business groups supported by the team Build data integration with existing systems and data warehouse; work with business and IT to gather required data from multiple systems and platforms Ensure controls are in place to monitor performance for ongoing support and service delivery

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors in MIS, Computer Science or related degree
5-7+ years professional IT experience
3-5+ years implementing BI solutions, specifically MicroStrategy years
3-5+ demonstrated strength in IT project management delivery and support

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization including executive leaders Strong SQL and Excel skills to ensure accuracy across the source system, data warehouse and reporting platforms Understanding of data flow diagrams, data mapping, high-level of database design and other BI/data warehouse methodologies Understanding of data warehouse and integration tools, such as Teradata and Informatica

Effective interpersonal skills; written and verbal communications with ability to interact with all levels of management Excellent problem solving and decision making ability; data analysis and reconciliation Self-motivation and resourcefulness required Demonstrated experience with leading change management Media experience is a strong plus
