·         Facilitates the design discussions/meetings

·         Co-ordinate with client, offshore team

Generic Managerial Skills:

On Call Support:

·         Very minimal on-call, off hour support

It has an immediate requirement of strong sales oriented individual to head business development for its Data Analytics group.
Required :
• Must have experience with large analytics consultng firm / market research company
• Must have strong and demonstrated leadership skills including working with C-level executives
• Proven ability to lead large/complex pursuits in a team selling environment
• Ability to lead the development of an industry-specific Data Analytics solution
• Demonstrated experience of 12 years, minimum, in selling and delivering consulting solutions
• Demonstrated experience of 5-7 years, in Analytics including Analytical Modeling based projects and various modeling techniques
like Logistics/multiple Regression, Time regression, factor/discriminate/cluster/conjoint analysis, Decision Tree and Rule Induction combined with a
strong working knowledge of statistical programs (SPSS/SAS).
• Ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fluid, start-up situation while this service and opportunities are created
• Ability to think on feet across a variety of business situations with a consultative approach is critical
